  No. You can get your unique link as soon as you register for a free trial and log in to the app.

• 2. Will my referral link expire?

  No, it is valid forever.

• 3. Is there a time limit for my referees to convert into customers?

  No, even if they purchase Trainn after weeks, it will still count as your referral. We recommend you also give them a nudge after a month.

• 4. How do I claim my reward?

  You can choose to receive your rewards in your Paypal or Venmo account. We’ll pay your rewards to you every month, and you can see everything you’ve earned by visiting the Rewards tab in the gift icon at any time.

• 5. Why did I stop receiving my rewards?

  When someone you referred cancels, then you will stop earning rewards.

• 6. How many people can I refer?

  There’s no limit to how many people you can refer. Share your invite link with your network and start referring. Ensure you refer only people who can benefit from Trainn.

• 7. What is the profile of a good-fit customer that I can refer to Trainn?

  Anyone looking to create content (video, guides, articles) for customer training purposes or launch customer training initiatives through a knowledge base or learning academy is considered a good fit for referee profiles. Usually, they are customer-enablement teams including customer success, customer training, customer support, and product teams from SaaS companies.
